When implemented effectively, Talent Magnet will bring fresh, bright, and passionate young minds into the organisation while helping them build a long-term career with us. This initiative not only supports individual growth but also strengthens the social sector with innovative solutions for social good.

For Interns

We offer a comprehensive 2-month internship programme, beginning with a structured virtual induction based on the values of Recall Foundation. Interns receive in-depth training about the organisation and their assigned projects.

Interns will work on projects across the following domains:

• Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

• Decision Support Systems (Work with the CEO’s Office or Finance Department)

• HR, Organisation Design & Strategy (Performance Management and Process Automation)

• Digital Transformation (Digital Marketing)

• Partnerships & Engagement (Business Development / Sales / Fundraising)

• Operations Management (Food Technology, Supply Chain, Quality & SCM)

• Volunteering Initiatives

• Monitoring & Evaluation

• Sustainability Projects

• Campaign Management
